Digital Products (PDF Guide)
All digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed due to the nature of the product. However, if you experience any issues with your file or download, please contact support@thegarlicgrip.com, and we’ll make it right.
Physical Products (Garlic Grip Disc Preorders)
You may cancel your preorder anytime before the item ships for a full refund.
Once shipped, refunds are only available for unused items returned within 30 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, email support@thegarlicgrip.com with your order number and reason for return.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless there was a product defect or error on our part.
